In a town with plenty of pizza choices this recognition means a lot. Winning an award for pizza is only possible if the pizzas themselves stand out and that is where our heart has always been. At Pig and Olive pizza is our pride and joy. It is not an add on or part of a wider menu. It is the reason we exist.
That is why every detail matters. Our dough is fermented for up to 72 hours which gives a light base with real depth of flavour. We use San Marzano tomatoes and fior di latte mozzarella. Toppings are selected with care so they feel balanced and honest. From a classic Margherita to our signature Pig and Olive pizza made with pulled pork from Coach House Farm every pizza is stone baked with pride. We also make sure vegan and gluten free options are crafted to the same high standard because great pizza should be for everyone.
This is not the first time we have received this title. Being recognised again is a kind reminder that consistency matters and that our focus on quality is noticed by the people who eat with us.
