Utopians signature Premium British Lager is influenced by the Bavarian Helles style, but just like all Utopian Beers, it has been brewed solely with the finest, British grown malted barley and hops. Producer Profile: A joint venture between Alliance and one of the Island’s top producers, Palazzo del Mare is a great introduction to indigenous Sicilian varietals with a quality price ratio that is hard to beat! The Catarratto displays
that signature crisp, citrus laced fruit filled style while the Nero d´Avola delivers ample ripe, plummy fruit.

Viticulture: A combination of hand and machine harvested grapes. Yields are naturally limited by the winds and climactic conditions on the island and
average around 7 tonnes per hectare. Vineyard sites are situated at an
altitude of 200-300m, ensuring cooler night time temperatures which
preserve crucial acidity in the grapes. The average age of the vineyards are 15 years old. The Palazzo wines tend to be harvested earlier
than many of their neighbours and consequently they are bright and
fresh with no jammy, baked flavours.
Winemaking: Harvested in the cool of the morning for maximum preservation of fresh fruit flavours. Gentle pressing in a pneumatic press followed by
overnight cold maceration in order to extract all the aromatics from
the grapes. Fermented at 14C in stainless steel, temperature controlled tanks. left on the lees with occasional battonange enhance the
texture and complexity of the wine. The wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation in order to ensure it is bright, fresh and zippy.

Tasting Note: A riot of tropical peach and pineapple aromas leap out of the glass.These flavours continue onto the palate joined by a lick of acidity to
balance the ripe fruit.

individual, pure expressions of the Rioja Baja vineyards that we call home.
deAlto craft wines in the best traditions of this classic region but fuse
cutting-edge viticultural and winemaking techniques to create a modern
interpretation of what they believe to be individual, pure expressions of
the Rioja Baja vineyards that they call home.

Viticulture: It is beyond doubt that Rioja is one of the foremost wine regions in the world, but that doesn’t mean there is no potential to be tapped or no new
approaches to be explored. The team behind de Alto definitely believe this
and have been focusing more and more on what goes on in the vineyard
than the bodega. Working with selected vineyards that have been
converted and transformed into organic certified oases, the resulting
wines are all about the fruit rather than winery and the ageing process.
This ‘loco’ approach to the accepted Riojan wisdom has put the winery in
stark contrast to the establishment and they seized their chance to create
something fun, fresh and lively. Gatito Loco was born.

Tasting Note: A bright fruit-bursting wine that emphasises vineyard over bodega, which discards the hackneyed image of Rioja, everything about this wine is intentionally provocative to challenge your view on what Rioja is. Careful. This kitty has claws. Clean and crisp, intense yet fresh, the stone fruit, peachy notes are supported by tropical passion fruit and mango with citrus undertones. A long complex finish.

Producer Note: This 1,000 year old estate is situated above the stunning River Dart. The estate itself is beautiful, 3kms downstream from Totnes.
Consisting of a dairy farm with its herd of Jersey cows, the creamery
which creates a range of award winning cheeses from said cows and a
14 acre vineyard and winery, making world class wines which have
gained in popularity, not just in the UK but on the continent and
further afield, as everyone begins to learn just how good they actually
are.

Viticulture & Wine making: A blend of free run and pressed juice fermented in stainless steel tanks with a small proportion having French oak contact before being carefully blended. This is our largest production wine of about 20,000
bottles per year.

Tasting Note:
This wine is ripe and fruit driven but the palate is dry. Stone fruits such as white peach dominate the aroma profile. The palate is rounded with a subtle spice on the finish.

Tasting Notes: With a nice salmon pink colour this is a wine full of life, aromatic and with ripe red fruit notes. In the mouth, tasty strawberries and raspberry notes are well present. Delicate tannins dominate the finish along with fresh fruit notes.

Producer Note: Long overlooked by the wine cognoscenti, the burgeoning interest in Portuguese wine is finally resulting in more awareness of the potential of this proud country. The previously undervalued Tejo region, lying to the south of Lisbon, is capable of producing wines of enormous value and character – something that is captured by Ai Galera. Inspired by the long, and sometimes extremely colourful history of the region – most notably the life of literati Marchioness Leonor of Ta vora, Ai Galera’s arresting imagery and even more arresting wine quality demands and hollers for your attention. Incredible value, intriguing indigenous varieties and supreme drinkability all add up to wines that thrill.

Tasting Note: An intense ruby red colour. Vinous and clean aroma's with hints of red berry fruits. Round in the mouth and medium bodied. A well rounded finish with mellow tannin.

About The Wine Taking a thoroughly contemporary approach, Bella Modella creates a fine yet affordable style of modern still wines and Prosecco. The range includes the value focused Figlia, the butterfly inspired la Farfalla, and the Modella Prosecco with its stylish design and deliciously frothy, fruit filled character it is the perfect model of Prosecco. Winemaking Manual grape harvest, soft pressing and fermentation with maceration for 8-10 days to obtain the right colourt intensity. Use of selected yeasts and fermentation at controlled temperature below 28 ° C. Storage in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature below 20 ° C to protect the wine with nitrogen to avoid the oxidative effect of the air. Aging in steel for at least 6 months before bottling. Stabilization and cold bottling by means of isobaric filler.

Tasting Note A very intense ruby red wine with garnet reflections, intense with hints of violet, black currant, plum jam and with light spicy notes.

Puglio Italy

Varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon 70%, Syrah 20%, Merlot 10%

Producer Note: Chateau Ka is an extraordinary story of determination and
resolve. Akram Kassatly built his winery in the Bekaa
Valley in 1973. Shortly after the first wines were made,
Lebanon was engulfed by war. The winery was forced to
close and Akram moved into other businesses. Finally in 2005 he
announced that he was going to try again. Today, Chateau Ka is the
only winery in Lebanon to produce wine entirely from their own
vineyards. Akram creates both rich, concentrated reds and beautifully
fresh, fruity, crisp white wines that are some of the finest in the
country.

Viticulture & Wine making: The vineyard is located at 1000m above sea level at the Eastern end of the Bekaa valley. There is very little annual rainfall and drip irrigation is used as necessary. The vineyard was planted in 1998 and all harvesting is by hand in the cool of the morning into 20KG boxes.
Upon reception the grapes are destemmed and crushed. Fermentation
occurs at 27-28 degrees. Maceration follows for 3 weeks. Free run
wine is extracted, and the remaining grapes are then gently pressed.
Tasting Note: A delicate bouquet of red fruits and subtle spice whilst red pepper and soft tannins add to the fruit and fills the palate with hints of liquorice.

Adnams invested in a de-alcoholiser; a reverse osmosis plant which allows the team to brew Ghost Ship 4.5% and then remove the alcohol. We’ve taken that special blend of East Anglian Malt and bold American hops like Citra and brewed a batch of Ghost Ship with this process in mind. This uniquely balanced brew ensures the resulting beer not only tastes amazing, but it as close to the original as we can get, at just 0.5% abv 115 kcal
